Contact Centre Transformation(strong chat and voice AI)

We are looking for developers with3-4+yrsyearsstrong experience incontactcentretransformation , combining traditional platforms with modern AI-driven automation. The role requiresexpertiseincontactcentreplatforms, conversational AI, integrations, DevOps, and programming

Responsibilities

  • Build andoptimizeVoice Bots, Chatbots, Email Bots, and multilingual conversational AI

  • DevelopGen AI-powered Knowledge Bases (RAG) ,Agent Assist , andAuto QA frameworks

  • Deploy solutions across multiple environments usingDevOps pipelines

  • Write scalable, maintainable code inPython, Node.js , and other modern frameworks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

2. Conversational AI & Bot Development

  • Voice Bots, Chatbots, Email Bots
