Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support agricultural cooperatives and enhance their operational efficiency.

  • Provideexpertisein the development and management ofagricooperatives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders toidentifygrowth opportunities and address challenges within the agricultural sector.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of cooperative models, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Support the day-to-day operations of agricultural cooperatives, ensuring smooth workflows and effective resource management.

  • Deliver presentations and reports on project progress, outcomes, and recommendations to management and clients.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–6 years of relevant professional experience in the agricultural sector, specifically in cooperative development.

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent in a relevant field.

Preferred Sector Expertise

  • Direct experience in agriculture, with a focus onagricooperative development and management.

Work Environment

  • This is an onsite role, requiring physical presence at the designated workplace.
