& Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Modelling professionalsto develop, maintain, and enhance financial models that support strategic decision-making, forecasting, valuation, and investment analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
Analyze historical financial data and identify trends to support strategic planning
Develop 3-statement models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and integrated financial forecasts
Conduct sensitivity analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessments
Support investment decisions, M&A analysis, and capital allocation strategies
Prepare financial presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior management and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internally with financial, tax, and commercial diligence teams and client teams) to validate assumptions and inputs
Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best practices and documentation standards
Automate and improve financial modelling processes where possible
Mandatory skill sets:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, macros preferred)
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable analysis, etc.)
Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly
Preferred skill sets:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving mindset with structured thinking
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with financial tools/software (Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Python – optional but preferred)
