About the Role
We are seeking an In‑Work Support & Recruitment Specialist to join our Workforce Australia team in Gladstone. This is a hybrid role that combines employer engagement and recruitment activities with in‑work mentoring and post-placement support.
You will play a key role in connecting job-ready customers with local employers and supporting them once they commence employment - helping to improve retention, sustainability, and long-term success.
Working closely with Mentors, employers, and internal stakeholders, you will support the full employment lifecycle from vacancy sourcing through to in‑work support and retention outcomes.
