Tiffany & Co. is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an exciting In-Store Retail Intern position.
This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the luxurious world of jewelry & watches, working with a dynamic store team in Italy, Spain or Türkiye.
What will you experience?
You will be an integral part of the store team, learning the day-to-day operations and exploring the various facets of in-store luxury retail.
You will support:
• Client Experience: Welcoming and interacting with clients, supporting Client Advisors during sales, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
• CRM & Clienteling Learning about Customer Relationship Management and clienteling approaches to build lasting clients relationships.
• Back Office Support Discovering the in store back-office operations that support the business from behind the scenes.
Location Preference:
This internship opportunity will be activated in several boutique in Southern Europe cluster.

• SPAIN Madrid, Barcelona
• TÜRKIYE Istanbul (for visa holders only)
Additional Information:
• Duration: 3 months, full-time (40h per week from Monday to Sunday)
