In connected supply chain at PwC, you will focus on optimising supply chain operations and improving end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyse supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, businessprocess,o9’ssolutions, technicalarchitectureand value proposition.
Lead the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery ofo9’ssolutions to customers across industries and geographies.
Understanding ofourcustomer’srequirements by leading workshops with functional and business owners of the processes and documentingit
Effectively map the business requirements into o9’s platform andcome up witha clear,phasedachievable blueprint.
Work with a team of experts to configure, solution as per the design to solve deep operations / supply chainproblemsand institute rigorous performance monitoringprocess
Work with the customer to resolve issues and coordinate defect tracking,analysisand resolution process.
Plan, develop and deliver Super User and End User training, for a global user base.
Activelyhelpin improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams.
Support customer demonstrations.
Be a mentor and guide to junior members.
Mandatory skill sets:
4+years ofexperience withimplementing supply chain planning applications is a MUST. 2 implementations
Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable.
Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.
Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) andskillsone or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similarisdesirable.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
Strong ability to lead by example anddemonstrateproficiencyin both product and domain.
Patientlistenerwith the ability clearlyarticulateyourview pointto manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.
Ability toanalyseand processlarge amountsof data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on thehighest value opportunities or the biggest risks is key.
Preferred skill sets
3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and in Supply Planning o9
Experience in
Working with the o9 Supply Planning, Scheduling
Configuring UIs, setting up rules, usersetconthe SupplyPlanning
Good understanding of o9 solver and inventory module
Working with planners / end-users on user acceptance testing
Understanding of key Supply Planning concepts
Good to have - End to End implementation experience - 1 or 2
