In data engineering at PwC, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

Responsibilities
• Lead development of advanced ML and statistical models for complex healthcare problems
• Drive best practices in modeling, experimentation, and analytical rigor
• Translate real-world problems into scalable data science solutions
• Partner with global stakeholders to influence product and business decisions
• Mentor and elevate the technical depth of the data science team
• Stay at the forefront of ML and healthcare analytics advancements
Who We Are Looking For
•4+ years in data science or related quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Math, etc.)
• Strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and problem-solving
• Experience with large, high-dimensional datasets and communicating insights clearly
• Expertise in modern ML approaches including:
• Transformers (NLP, representation learning)
• Deep learning techniques
• Graph-based methods (Graph Neural Networks)
• Exposure to causal inference / decision-focused modeling is a plus
• Ability to own ambiguous problems and drive high-impact outcomes
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience taking models to production
• Healthcare & Healthcare Revenue Cycle domain experience is a plus
