You will analyse user needs, design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, and offer guidance and support for improving the overall user experience. & Summary:We are looking for aseasoned Salesforce Services Sales
Responsibilities:
Identifyand develop new business opportunities for Salesforce implementation, customization, integration, and support services.
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and positionSalesforce solutions effectively.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions that address client requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of Salesforce services across multiple industry verticals.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
Stay current with Salesforce product developments, new features, and industry best practices toprovideinformed advice to clients.
Liasonwith internal stakeholders toidentifynew Salesforce but existing PwC customers.
Work with project managers and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful project kickoff post-sale.
Maintainaccuratesales records, forecasts, andpipeline
Forecast and manage revenue with arazor sharpfocus on collections.
Mandatory skill sets:
Past experiencein Big Four and relationships in GCCs will be an advantage.
Proventrack recordin sales, preferably in technology or consulting services, with a focus on Salesforce
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and technology solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical and delivery resources.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
UnderstandingofSalesforce platform capabilities and its application across different industries is highly desirable.
Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
Preferred skill sets:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, ora relatedfield (or equivalent experience).
5-10years ofsolution consulting, delivery, pre &sales experienceon CRM solutions
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g.,Ranger badge,Salesforce Accredited Sales Professional) are a plus.
