Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform / Data 360)
Design and manage data ingestion pipelinesfrom multiple sources (CRM, ERP, external systems).
Configure data streams, data model objects (DMOs), and calculated insights
Perform identity resolution and data unificationto build single customer views.
Work with segmentation and activationfor marketing, sales, and service use cases.
Integrate Data Cloud with:
Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
External systems using APIs and connectors
Develop data transformations using SQL, data mappings, and harmonization rules
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with business teams to identify use cases for personalization and analytics
Enable AI use cases using Data Cloud + Einstein AI /Agentforce
Mandatory skill sets:
3–8 years of experience in Salesforce / Data Engineering / CDP platforms
Hands-on experience with:
Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360 / CDP)
Data ingestion, transformation, and modeling
SQL and data manipulation
Strong understanding of:
Customer data platforms (CDP) architecture
Identity resolution and data unification
Experience with:
APIs (REST/SOAP)
Data integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.)
Preferred skill sets:
Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (highly preferred)
Platform Developer / Administrator
Experience with:
Marketing Cloud / Journey Builder
Data Lake / Data Warehouse concepts
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of AI/ML and personalization strategies
