A career within Deals Corporate Finance services, willprovideyou the opportunity to deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the rightdirectionensuring maximum value for their company.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidates from Infrastructure sector (Renewable Energy, Energy Transition, Storage, Roads & Highways, Circular Economyetc) background will be preferred

  • Assistancein business development, preparing pitches / proposals for deal sourcing. Industry connectswillbean advantage

  • Deal execution:

  • High quality collateral preparation such as Information Memorandum, Teaser, Financial Model, responses to Investor Queriesetc

  • Candidates need to have full control over financial models for M&A and funding transactions, valuation using different valuation approaches such as relative valuation, DCF, replacement cost, etc.

  • Manage the due diligence process

  • Preparation of investor long and shortlists and outreach for marketing,

  • Industry research for market sizing, competition landscape, research for trading and transaction comps, research for investor identification and outreach,

  • Joining negotiation discussions on term sheets and documentation / deal closure.

  • Candidate will need to manage multiple mandates and juggle deliverables under tight client deadlines

  • Candidate should be willing to work inall ofthe sub sectors within Infrastructure sector

  • Preparation of engagement letters,assistancewith internal administrative matters such as invoicing, approvals, etc.

  • Participation in client and investor meetings and calls
