As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert for smart factory and Industry 4 solutions likeIIoTplatform, Digital Logbook, Energy Management Solutions, Digital Twin, Warehouse management Systems, Traceability solutions,MESand PLM. ü Conduct As-Is assessment of client’s manufacturing operations,identifyoperational gaps and challenges ü Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and process mapping to develop functional specifications aligned with client business goals. ü Create business cases mapping the operational gaps, estimatedbenefitsand the best suited smart factory solutions. ü Proficient in architecting IT/OT integration and map necessary capabilities aligned to standard Industry 4.0 framework ü Understanding of industry digital maturity and aligned KPIs ü Lead medium and large-scale Smart Factory, Industry 4.0 implementation projects ü Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation execution ü Create high level designs for solution architecture specific to business needs and sector benchmarks. ü Ability to define features / functionalities of industrial solutions for the manufacturing sector will be a plus (i.e.the ability to play a BA role) ü Lead on site efforts for data collection,workshopsand walkthrough sessions with technical and functional stakeholders. ü Draft sector/business specific frameworks and conduct workshops for carrying out digital maturity assessments ü Draft and prepare business requirement documents, RFPs, and review techno commercialdocumentin alignment with client requirements. ü Ability to manage implementation projects (PMO role), ensuringtimelycompletion of the project, budget adherence, and meeting client expectations. ü Ability to manage project economics.

Mandatory skill sets:

ü Hands-on experience in leading industry 4.0 projects including shopfloor data capture, architecture design, IT/OT Integrations & designing cloud infrastructure. ü Smart factory implementation and operation experience in both continuous and batch manufacturing processes. ü Consistentlydemonstrateagility in graspingnew trendsand aligning with evolving industry dynamics, ensuring strategies and recommendationsremainrelevant and impactful to the client’s business context. ü Proficient in analyzing key manufacturing KPIs and its baseline values ü Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to drive business and manage client expectations. ü Proven project managementexpertise, with the ability to manage complex projects and teams. ü Must have knowledgeonsmart factory COTS solutions from solution providers like ABB, Honeywell, Rockwell, Dassault Systems ü Familiarity with functional integration requirements of smart factory solutions with upstream and downstream systems.

ü Hands on experience in project micro plan preparation and integrated scheduling of multiple track projects. ü Draft and publish weekly project status reports, steering committee reports coordinating with multiple stakeholders and client leadership. ü Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Project Management tools.ü Good oraland written communication is mandatory. ü Develops strongstake holdersand vendor management by building trust, rapport and positive working relationships with key sponsors and team members. ü Remain updated withcutting edgeindustry and technology drivers and innovations. ü Manage discussions with various levels of technical audiences and functional stakeholders.

Education qualification:

B.E. /B.Tech MCA/M.EM.TECH MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
