# Job Opportunity: Senior Associate – Energy Transition (Renewables) ## Job Description We areseekinga highly skilled and motivated **Senior Associate** to join our team in the **Financial Services sector**, with a specific focus on **Energy Transition – Renewables**. This is a **full-time onsiteposition**,offering a dynamic and challenging work environment where you will play a critical role in driving projects related to renewable energy initiatives and transitioning to sustainable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of professional experience, hold an **MBAdegree**,andpossessexpertisein the **renewable energydomain**.with the potential for long-term engagement based on performance and organizational needs
## Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage projects related to energy transition and renewable energy within the financial services and private equity sectors. -Providestrategic insights, financial analysis, and business recommendations to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable energy strategies. - Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for renewable energy initiatives. -Maintainup-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements inthe energytransition space. - Support senior management in decision-making and contribute to organizational growth.
## Experience & Qualifications–
**Experience**: 4–8 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, energy transition, or financial services.–
**Education**: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification. -Demonstratedexpertisein the **Energy Transition –Renewables**domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
## Preferred Sector Expertise - Financial Services, including Private Equity, with a focus on renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
