Developed and built by Notes Live, the Ford Amphitheater is an 8,000-capacity, state-of-the-art venue right in the heart of the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do.

The In-Seat Server is responsible for taking customer orders and serving food and beverage according to customer requests. The Server should provide general customer service within the in-seat spaces as well as escalate and/or resolve any issues as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $16.27 to $16.27. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverage to guests according to guest's orders
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and all other offerings
• Use point of sale technology to take guest orders
• Maintains professional appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during event
• Replenishes food and beverage product as needed
• Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking guests’
• identification
• Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests’ needs
• Help to break down and cleans/sanitizes food service areas, workstations, and equipment
• Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
• Ability to multi-task during shift and oversee multiple suites at a time

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older (Required)
• Valid TEAM or ServSafe Alcohol Certification (Required)
• Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
• Requires constant standing and walking
• Requires frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs.
• Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• This role also may be outside so may be exposed to sun and other inclement weather.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
