POSITION SUMMARY:

In accordance with the policies, procedures, and standards of Crimson Hotel Filinvest City, and under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager, this position is responsible for Overseeing and directing all aspects of the outlet, achieving marketing, sales, profitability, and quality service goals and Ensuring customer satisfaction and overall profitability.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Duties:

1. Report for duty punctually in correct uniform and name badge.
2. Supervise assigned employees to maintain service standards.
3. Perform daily side duties as assigned.
4. Maintain good working relationships across departments.
5. Follow outlets operating service procedures and standards.
6. Set a good example in punctuality, attendance, decision-making, and hygiene.
7. Understand and adhere to the hotel's employee handbook.
8. Assist in training employees for efficient performance.
9. Take initiative in improving products and service procedures.
10. Attend scheduled training programs.
11. Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of equipment and supplies.
12. Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned.
13. Respond to changes in departmental functions as required by operational demands or directives from the company or hotel.
14. Perform other duties as directed by Management from time to time.
