Victoria Golf Resort & Spa Managed by Accor

The property will be managed by Accor under white label while it undergoes a comprehensive property improvement plan. Upon completion, Victoria Golf Resort & Spa will be fully rebranded as a Fairmont property, its exceptional golf facilities and beautiful natural surroundings perfectly complementing the wider Fairmont Hotels & Resorts portfolio. Accor will ensure a seamless transition and integration of Fairmont’s signature brand markers, complemented by touches that celebrate the property’s local culture – positioning the hotel at the heart of the local community and destination.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, responsibilities and essential functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Set up and deliver room service food and beverage orders
  • Remove remaining food and beverage orders and amenities from guest rooms and hallways
  • Ensure all mise en place is stocked and ready at all times
  • Review daily reports, arrivals, VIP’s and groups in house
  • Provide crisp, efficient food and beverage service with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Assist with requisitioning and stocking of items
  • Provide engaging service within Fairmont and Hotel Standards
  • Cash handling
  • Speaks passionately and informatively about the hotel offerings and the city
  • Tailor service to the guests needs
  • Assist with Refreshment Center stocking and billing
  • Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in Food and Beverage is required, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Able to balance a variety of conflicting priorities while providing guest service
  • Weekend/night shift availability
