  • Lead a team of room service attendants to provide prompt and personalized service to our guests
  • Coordinate the delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in menu selection, taking special requests, and providing recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceed guest expectations
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene in all aspects of room service
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Train and mentor room service staff, fostering a positive and motivated team environment
  • Assist in inventory management, order placement, and cost control measures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in room service or a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including dietary restrictions and allergens
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
