In-Person Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD) – Tualatin, OR

Your Role at Cyti:

• Deliver in-person therapy for individuals, children (ages 5+), couples, and families.
• Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative, effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR.
• Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field
• Experience working with children is required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy
• Willingness to work fully in-office at our Tualatin location, Monday to Friday.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
