What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of in-store display projects across the Benelux region
- Act as the central point of contact between supply chain, commercial, finance, planning, and external partners (3PL, display builders)
- Translate commercial plans into operational execution, ensuring forecasts, stock, and timelines are aligned
- Manage product flows: from warehouse to display assembly to final delivery to customers
- Ensure accurate product and master data setup in ERP systems to enable smooth invoicing and operations
- Monitor and solve operational issues proactively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Support the creation and continuous improvement of processes, this role will help build the function from the ground up
- Work with data (Excel, ERP systems) to track performance, ensure accuracy, and drive decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, customer logistics, or a similar role
- Proven experience managing customer-facing or 3PL relationships
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills in English
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, or omnichannel retail is a strong advantage
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with high accountability and comfort working through change and ambiguity
