In climate and energy at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services related to climate change mitigation and adaptation, as well as energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions. You will analyse client needs, develop strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and offer guidance and support to help clients transition to a low-carbon economy.

Responsibilities:
We are seeking two full-time Managers with expertise in Energy Cost Optimization to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing sector. The role offers a hybrid work environment, blending in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful initiatives and optimize energy costs, contributing to the organization's sustainable growth.
Develop and implement energy cost optimization strategies tailored to manufacturing operations.
Analyze energy consumption patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring operational efficiency.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute energy-saving initiatives and monitor performance metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align energy optimization goals with broader organizational objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance energy management practices.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 7-12years of relevant experience in energy cost optimization or related fields.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related discipline.
Proven track record of delivering measurable energy cost savings within a manufacturing environment.

Deep understanding of energy management challenges and opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
Familiarity with energy regulations and compliance standards specific to manufacturing operations
