As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. & Summary

Objective of the Role:

you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

SAP BASIS Administration

· Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, PI/PO, Solution Manager)

· Perform system copies, client administration, and transport management

· Monitor system performance and conduct regular health checks

· Apply patches, support packages, and kernel upgrades

AMS Support

· Provide day-to-day support for SAP systems in production and non-production environments

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP BASIS

· Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution

· Ensure system availability and performance SLAs are met

Implementation & Migration

· Participate in SAP system installations and landscape design

· Support SAP upgrades and migrations (OS/DB, HANA, cloud)

· Assist in planning and executing cutover activities

· Collaborate with project teams during go-live and hypercare phases

Security & Compliance

· Manage user roles, authorizations, and profiles

· Ensure compliance with IT security policies and audit requirements

· Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery procedures

*Mandatory Skill sets: SAP BASIS, S4HANA, Migration Project experience
