Responsibilities:

  • Overall management ofSPIUteam and ensuringProgrammemilestones are met.

  • Leadthe teamexecuting approvedprojectsunder the RAMPscheme

  • Periodic reporting of the overall performance ofProgrammeto the client

  • Ensuringtimelycommunication and compliance with all agreed-upon financial and procurement procedures

  • Establishing clear working relationship with district level agencies/key stakeholders and ensuring flow of information,discussionsand feedback among the various stakeholders of theProgramme;

  • Conveningmeetingof the State Level Committees and putting forth issues to be decided upon from time to time during the implementation of theProgramme

  • Support tothe client to enable convergence with various schemesidentifiedunder RAMP.

  • Support the team in varied business development activities, with focus on (but not limited to)MSME sector

  • Strong client management skills  

  • Need todemonstrateageneralenterprising attitude about work- should be quick to spot opportunities and guide team members in their technical execution.  

  • Shouldbea very strongteam player. 

  • Should be willing and flexible to undertake travel in project locations 

  • Demonstrate courage & integrity

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Fluency in English language – reading/ speaking/writing;

  • Strong report writing and data analytic skills

  • Experiencein MSME sector

Preferred skill sets:

  • Experience of working in organizations offering similar scope and job description 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing development projects preferably in MSME domain

  • At least 3years experienceinProgrammeimplementation in a leadership role.

  • Preferred work experience at State Government level, in managing and leading MSMEProgrammes

Post Graduate degree in economics/social sciences/public administration/ Masters/Post graduate diploma in business management from national/ international premier institutes
