Responsibilities:

The Intern will be working for any one of the Deals competencies of PwC India which includes Corporate Finance & Investment Banking, Valuations, Business Restructuring Services, Post Merger Integration, Deal Strategyetc.

As an Intern with PwC India, you will play a key role in the engagement execution in the projects. You will be provided with varied responsibilities includingresearching onthe industry, sector, preparing power points, financial models and contributing to engagement execution as a team member and on-ground client management.

We encourage our Interns toparticipatein senior management meetingsduring the course ofthe projects.Internsare provided with opportunities to contribute to various thought leadership initiatives.

Mandatory skill sets:
