residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Job Overview:
Employment type: Full-time
Work setup: Work onsite
Salary: PHP 65,000.00 - PHP 70,000.00
We are seeking a confident
and driven In‑House Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities
specifically for our Rubbish Removal / Demolition business. This role focuses
on identifying, engaging, and converting customers across construction,
renovation, landscaping, and commercial projects.
You will play a critical
role in building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline by proactively
targeting builders, trades, project managers, and commercial customers with
recurring or project‑based waste needs. The role covers the full front end of
the sales process — from research and cold outreach through to booking jobs,
closing opportunities, and ensuring a smooth handover to operations.
The successful candidate
will be comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls, speaking confidently
with site‑based and office‑based decision‑makers.
