Job Overview:

Salary: PHP 65,000.00 - PHP 70,000.00


We are seeking a confident
and driven In‑House Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities
specifically for our Rubbish Removal / Demolition business. This role focuses
on identifying, engaging, and converting customers across construction,
renovation, landscaping, and commercial projects.


You will play a critical
role in building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline by proactively
targeting builders, trades, project managers, and commercial customers with
recurring or project‑based waste needs. The role covers the full front end of
the sales process — from research and cold outreach through to booking jobs,
closing opportunities, and ensuring a smooth handover to operations.


The successful candidate
will be comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls, speaking confidently
with site‑based and office‑based decision‑makers.

What We’re Looking For:


Skills & Competencies


  • Strong verbal communication and
    practical, confident sales approach.

  • Ability to engage directly with
    builders, tradespeople, and site supervisors.

  • Well,‑organised, disciplined, and
    persistent in follow‑ups.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel,
    Word, Outlook).

  • Resilient, target‑driven mindset with
    the ability to manage objections and competitive pricing conversations.


Experience &
Qualifications


  • Experience in lead generation,
    telesales, or inside sales (B2B or trade‑focused preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed
    KPIs in a sales or call‑driven environment.

  • Experience selling into construction,
    trades, logistics, waste, or project‑based services is a strong advantage
    .

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced,
    operationally focused environment.


What You’ll Be Working On:


Prospect Research &
Outreach


  • Proactively cold call builders,
    subcontractors, facilities managers, and project sites to introduce our
    demolitions clean up services.

  • Identify upcoming projects, tender
    opportunities, and recurring waste removal requirements.


Lead Qualification


  • Ask targeted questions to understand
    project scope, duration, access constraints, and volume potential.

  • Qualify opportunities based on
    frequency, margin, and likelihood to convert to repeat business.

  • Clearly articulate our value proposition
    around reliability, service consistency, pricing structure, and
    compliance.


Follow‑Up & Nurturing


  • Maintain disciplined follow‑ups with
    active prospects, dormant accounts, and scheduled projects.

  • Build long‑term relationships with
    customers who regularly require waste removal across multiple jobs.


Customer Onboarding


  • Ensure smooth handover of new customers
    to operations and driver teams.

  • Set clear customer expectations around
    delivery, collection, compliance, and billing.

  • Identify opportunities
    for repeat jobs, multi‑site work, upselling larger bins, and referrals.
