Job Description

Reporting to the head of legal of this major property developer, you will advise business units on property sales and tenancy matters including:

  • Handling first hand sales transactions and reviewing deed of mutual covenants
  • Reviewing property related documents including sale and purchase agreements and commercial leases
  • Researching and property law and regulation updates to management
  • Ad hoc in-house legal assistance

To qualify, you should have:

  • At least 8+ years' PQE with Hong Kong qualification gained with leading property practices in Hong Kong
  • In-house experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and fluency in English and Chinese is required
