Capital Vacations is seeking an experienced, results-driven In-House Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations in beautiful Cocoa Beach, Florida.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of vacation ownership marketing experience
• Previous In-House Marketing Manager or higher leadership experience required
• Proven success driving qualified tour production and achieving performance goals
• Strong recruiting, coaching, and team development abilities
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Position Overview

The In-House Marketing Manager will oversee daily marketing operations, lead and develop the resort's In-House Marketing team, and maximize qualified tour production.

This individual will work closely with Sales Leadership to maintain consistent tour flow, identify opportunities for growth, strengthen team performance, and deliver an exceptional owner and guest experience.

We're looking for a leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead from the front, and build a winning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the In-House Marketing team
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing marketing professionals
• Drive consistent qualified tour production and achieve established performance targets
• Actively participate in booking and production initiatives
• Partner with resort and Sales Leadership to maximize tour opportunities
• Monitor daily production, conversion metrics, and team performance
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall results
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tour qualification guidelines
• Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture
