This job's primary purpose is to welcome incoming guests to our resort while answering any questions and following our guidelines for guest service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following

• Responsible for being in or outside the lobby greeting families.

• Enhance arrival experience by giving great customer service

• Greet all guests as they arrive to check into resort.

• Ensure guests are directed to appropriate desk and/or areas as needed.

• Interacting and paying special attention to children

• Hand out light offerings (snacks, water, etc) during check-in process

• Assist sales and other departments as needed

• Other duties may be assigned

Additional Information

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience

and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance

instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability

to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability

to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and

distance.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations

where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished

in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Must possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to work well with others. Must

be computer literate.
