Work directly with the GC of one of the largest and most prominent PE funds on a search for a stellar M&A or general corporate attorney to join as Counsel. The position involves advising on a range of transactions, regulatory issues, and day-to-day matters; partnering with investment, tax, finance, and infrastructure professionals across the firm; and managing outside counsel. .
