Multiple Alchemy Locations | Overnight Shifts

At Alchemy Saunas, we're committed to providing our members with clean, welcoming and beautifully maintained wellness spaces.

We're currently seeking an experienced Commercial Cleaner to undertake deep cleaning across multiple Alchemy venues throughout Perth.

This is an autonomous role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has previous commercial cleaning experience and understands the importance of maintaining exceptional hygiene and presentation standards.

About the Role

Working independently across multiple venues, you'll be responsible for completing scheduled deep cleans after venues close for the evening.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to consistently maintain premium cleanliness standards across all areas of the business.

Hours

• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Overnight shifts
• Typical shift times between 10:00pm and 4:00am
• Travel between venues required

Key Responsibilities

• Complete deep cleaning of saunas, bathrooms, changerooms and communal areas
• Undertake sanitisation and hygiene procedures in accordance with company standards
• Clean floors, glass, fixtures, furniture and high-touch surfaces
• Ensure all venues are presented to a premium standard prior to opening
• Report maintenance issues or concerns identified during cleaning
• Follow venue-specific cleaning schedules and checklists
• Work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations

About You

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential
• Able to work unsupervised and take ownership of outcomes
• Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
• Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated
• Comfortable working overnight hours
• Physically capable of undertaking cleaning duties across multiple sites
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Requirements

• Must have your own vehicle and valid drivers license
• Previous experience in commercial, hospitality, wellness, health or fitness environments is highly regarded
• Police clearance required
