We’re looking for someone who loves creating warm, welcoming spaces and making people feel at home. As our In-house Café Manager, you’ll play an important role in shaping the daily experience of our Auckland studio, from great coffee and thoughtfully run social events to creating an environment where people feel connected and cared for.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Managing our in-house café, where you'll be our Barista and keep the kitchen & café stocked with supplies.
• Help create a welcoming and energised studio atmosphere for staff and visitors.
• Planning and coordinating fun staff social events, complete with preparing food and drinks to keep everyone smiling.
• Creating a fun and lively café atmosphere. Bringing energy, creativity and personality to the café space.
• Provide occasional reception support as part of the wider studio experience.

What will make you stand out:

• A positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude is a must, along with high levels of initiative and the ability to keep ahead of the game.
• A passion for customer service and working with people is a must.
• You're probably a 'foodie' and someone who enjoys together beautifully curated Charcuterie boards.
• Someone who can create an inviting and welcoming hospitality space.
• Prior hospitality experience and time behind the coffee machine is useful, however, having the right attitude and potential to shine is what's important.
