
BENEFITS AND SALARY:
Salary of $62,400-$72,000 - The base salary of $62,400 is augmented by a $5,000 sign on bonus and $2,000 quarterly productivity bonuses.

We are currently hiring an Intensive Home Based (IHBT) Therapist to provide intensive home based therapeutic work with families who have significant needs in a variety of domains and who are in need of significant supports to maintain their ability to remain in their homes and with their families. In this role, you would receive specialized certifications in trauma modalities. As the IHBT Therapist, your schedule will offer great flexibility, and does include a need for evening or weekend hours in order to provide services to families when they are available. The IHBT therapist will provide individual and family therapy with a special focus on trauma work as well as provide care coordination with any other systems or agencies involved in the family’s care.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets the underwriting criteria of the Agency’s insurance company. Must be approved by Bellefaire to transport clients in own vehicle.
