Our leading home care provider is seeking new Support Workers to care for a female client, who is suffering from Huntington's disease and requires care on weekdays and weekends. We are wanting to build a specific team to deliver this ongoing care and work in a larger team to support the client.

As a Support Worker, your role will be to assist a diverse range of clients including with activities of daily living and providing support services such as Domestic Assistance, Respite, and Personal Care at their homes, this is a community-based position - must hold a WA driver licence and have a reliable car.
