About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present customized solutions, and guide them through the purchase process. This is a high-earning opportunity for individuals with strong closing skills and in-home sales experience.

Compensation

• $150,000 – $250,000+ annual earning potential
• 100% commission-based
• Uncapped income potential — your earnings are directly tied to your performance

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home sales presentations using our iPad-based system
• Design customized bath solutions using company software
• Present pricing and close sales during appointments
• Build rapport and guide customers through the decision-making process
• Participate in ongoing weekly training and development

What We’re Looking For

• Proven in-home sales experience (required)
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Experience in home remodeling or related industries (preferred)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
