Compensation: $100,000 – $180,000+ annually (commission-based)

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and guide them through customized bath remodeling solutions.

This is a commission-based, outside sales role where you’ll use company-provided technology to design, present, and close sales in customers’ homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Design personalized bath solutions using our software
• Provide pricing and close sales during appointments
• Attend weekly training sessions to enhance sales skills

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Previous in-home or outside sales experience preferred
• Home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
• Confidence presenting and closing in a face-to-face environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting

Compensation & Structure (California Compliant)

• Expected annual earnings: $100,000 – $180,000+
• This is a commission-based position; earnings are base on individual performance
• Uncapped commission structure with additional bonus opportunities
• Top performers may exceed the stated range
