In-Home Sales Representative

Compensation: $100,000–$250,000+ annually (uncapped commission)

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting customized solutions that align with their vision.

This is a 100% commission-based outside sales role, offering uncapped earning potential You'll use cutting-edge technology to design and sell premium bath products in a consultative, in-home setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver our proprietary sales presentation using an iPad
• Attend weekly sales training to continuously sharpen your skills
• Design personalized bath solutions using our software
• Present pricing and confidently close sales
• Provide a professional, consultative experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Prior in-home sales experience preferred (home remodeling experience is a plus)
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
• Confidence in public speaking and delivering polished presentations
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Outgoing, articulate personality with strong rapport-building skills

Compensation

• 100% commission-based role
