THE ROLE

◆ Run warm, pre-set in-home consultations — qualified homeowners who asked us to come out
◆ Close high-ticket kitchen projects: $8,000–$80,000+
◆ Five service tiers — you'll almost always find the right fit for any budget
◆ Territory: Salt Lake, Summit, Davis & Weber Counties

◆ Base draw + uncapped commission
◆ Year 1 realistic: $80K–$120K
