What You'll Do

• 
  Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• 
  Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living and functional mobility.
• 
  Reinforce therapeutic exercises, adaptive strategies, and home safety recommendations.
• 
  Educate patients and caregivers on equipment and techniques that promote long-term success.
• 
  Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the care team.
• 
  Maintain timely, accurate documentation.

What We're Looking For

• 
  Active Minnesota
  Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  license.
• 
  Strong communication and patient education skills.
• 
  Compassionate, self-motivated, and organized.
• 
  Home health experience is welcomed but not required.
• 
  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
