WHO WE NEED

Challenger is seeking enthusiastic and results driven casual in-home cleaners to join our team in the Melbourne Metropolitan area. In this hands-on role, you will be encouraged to take pride in your work and be committed to working to a high level of safety, delivering exceptional cleaning services based on our award-winning standards and our client needs. We are looking for people with a real desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be a brand ambassador and deliver the best experience to the residents and visitors
• Ensure that homes are kept clean and hygienic, considering the participants needs and preferences
• Be able to perform household cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, washing dishes, cleaning surfaces and emptying bins, etc.
• Adhering to all company safety and hazards policies, to maintain a safe workplace environment
• Make a real difference to the quality of life for those in need

WHAT YOU’LL NEED?

• Be passionate about providing support for people with disabilities and the elderly
• Professional Cleaning Experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
• Monday to Friday availability – No Weekends or Public Holidays!
• Current Driver's Licence
• Own reliable vehicle (Required)
• Hold or ability to obtain Current National Police Check (Required)
• Current vaccinations - Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination (Required)
• Smart phone and data access for rostering requirements
• Good presentation and grooming
• Sound communication skills
