We are currently seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver with experience supporting individuals with Down syndrome or other developmental disabilities to provide personalized one-on-one care in the Oshkosh area.

What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate one-on-one support
- Build a trusting and meaningful relationship with the client
- Encourage independence while providing appropriate assistance
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed
- Support routines, hobbies, and community engagement
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide transportation when appropriate
- Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment
- Observe and communicate changes with the care team
- Treat every client with dignity, patience, and respect
What We're Looking For
- Experience caring for individuals with Down syndrome is strongly preferred
- Experience with developmental or intellectual disabilities is highly valued
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
