We are currently seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver with experience supporting individuals with Down syndrome or other developmental disabilities to provide personalized one-on-one care in the Oshkosh area.

What You'll Do
  • Provide compassionate one-on-one support
  • Build a trusting and meaningful relationship with the client
  • Encourage independence while providing appropriate assistance
  • Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed
  • Support routines, hobbies, and community engagement
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Provide transportation when appropriate
  • Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment
  • Observe and communicate changes with the care team
  • Treat every client with dignity, patience, and respect
What We're Looking For
  • Experience caring for individuals with Down syndrome is strongly preferred
  • Experience with developmental or intellectual disabilities is highly valued
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred
