Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly

What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and mobility support
- Take and record vital signs as directed
- Assist with toileting, catheter care, and G-tube care
- Help with light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and vacuuming
- Follow infection control and safety protocols using appropriate PPE
- Communicate any changes in condition to the RN and care team
- Offer emotional support and a compassionate presence during every visit

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- CNA certification in good standing on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in home care, nursing home, or hospital settings preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance required.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to client safety and well-being.
