About the Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care - Hendersonville is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to join our growing team in Hendersonville, TN. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their own homes. We have a client who will need care 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces
  • Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
  • Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities
  • Document and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements:

  • Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
  • Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
