About the Role:Join ComForCare Home Health Care as an In Home Caregiver in Clarksville, TN, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality care in a home setting, ensuring comfort and safety for those in need.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
