Location: Berlin, Wisconsin & Surrounding Communities
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Day & Evening Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required

Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is currently hiring compassionate and dependable home care caregivers in the Berlin area for day and evening shift opportunities.

As a caregiver, you’ll provide personalized one-on-one support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every shift is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while bringing companionship, dignity, reassurance, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Whether you’re experienced in caregiving or just beginning your journey in home care, we provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful from day one.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily routines
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Support seniors with maintaining independence and dignity at home
• Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients and families
• Deliver dependable care that provides comfort and peace of mind

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references
• Experience is welcomed but not required — paid training provided
