Are you the In-Home Behavioral Monitor (MA Level) we’ve been looking for? In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others by supporting our clients to achieve their goals!
JRI’s In-Home Behavioral Services program is a dedicated home-based initiative focused on helping youth recognize and manage challenging behaviors. Our team collaborates closely with both the child and their family to develop and execute personalized behavior plans aimed at enhancing the child’s overall functioning. Our treatment approach is grounded in behavioral principles and tailored to address the distinct needs of each child and family.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $28.00 per hour The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
Sign-on Bonus: We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus paid out in full after 6 months of employment.
Schedule: This position requires availability to work from afternoons into the evenings. While weekend hours are available, they are not mandatory. The scheduling for this role is flexible and will be adjusted based on your availability as well as that of the client or family.
You will have the opportunity to serve children across the following communities: Beverly, Hamilton, Wenham, Rockport, Gloucester, Manchester by the Sea, Essex, and Ipswich.
