Job Description
FastLane Group is looking for a Graphic Designer to support our regional marketing and sales activities.
You will create engaging visual materials across digital and print channels, including corporate presentations, social media content, website visuals, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials. As we support audiences across different markets, you will also work with content in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
Work Arrangement
- On-site presence required during the initial three months (subject to performance).
- Hybrid work model thereafter, combining remote work with occasional in-office collaboration.
- Opportunities to gain exposure to regional engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design corporate presentations, social media posts, brochures, flyers, and other sales and marketing materials
- Create website visuals, banners, landing-page designs and other digital assets
- Design and adapt materials in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese
- Ensure visual consistency across FastLane Group, ENCOR and FastLaneRecruit branding
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to translate ideas and content into effective visual materials
- Collaborate with the website developer on website and landing-page design requirements
- Support basic video editing, event materials, and other creative projects when required
- Manage multiple design requests and deliver quality work within agreed timelines
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant graphic design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in PowerPoint, Canva and/or Figma
- Able to read and understand both Traditional and Simplified Chinese and accurately work with Chinese-language content in design materials
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital, print and presentation design
- Good understanding of layout, typography, branding and visual communication
- Good attention to detail, particularly when working with multilingual content
- Organised, creative and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
