In-Country Consultant (Service Delivery & Client Engagement)
to be based in Senegal.
The
Global Health Monitoring (GHM) Unit
plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for customers within the country. This unit provides technical and supportive services to ensure that service delivery is well-structured, efficient, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of each customer while achieving organizational objectives.
As a consultant, you will serve as a key liaison between the client's
GHM team, engineering, and operations teams
, working collaboratively to optimize and streamline support efforts. You must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and analytical. This role requires mastering existing
device configuration workflows
while proactively engaging with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance these processes as products evolve.
A deep understanding of
Parsyl’s mobile app and web platform
, as well as
GHM deployment protocols
, is essential for success. Beyond execution, this role provides opportunities to
enhance fulfillment, deployment, testing, and logistics operations
—ensuring that customer expectations are not just met but
exceeded
.

Training & Capacity Building
Design and implement
in-country training programs
on the effective use of the
Parsyl solution
, ensuring it evolves to meet emerging needs and enhance program sustainability.
Service Design & Deployment Support
Develop and implement a
strategic service design framework
to optimize in-country deployment support for Parsyl customers.
Inventory & System Management
Oversee
quarterly updates
of the device inventory and management system, ensuring proper functionality, packaging, and distribution aligned with client priorities and resources.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
Strengthen local capacity for
program sustainability
while managing
daily in-country customer support
.
Oversee and implement customer requests, adapting methods to the operational context to ensure
efficiency, client satisfaction, and service excellence
.
Project & Operational Optimization
Advocate for
practical, measurable project design approaches
, ensuring customer support materials are well-maintained and implementation documents are accessible to clients and partners.

8+ years of experience

marketing and client support consultancy services

Immunization program experience

Supply chain management expertise

Proficiency in the official language of Senegal;
