We organize organizations by area, such as recruitment, training, evaluation, labor relations, and HRBP, and provide opportunities for mutual understanding through cross-organizational cooperation, study sessions, and meetings.
As an organization specializing in the talent acquisition area, we formulate and promote operations such as new graduate and mid-career recruiting, recruitment operations, and recruitment planning and strategy considering business conditions. Although there are many different types of operations, every one of us has an awareness of OPE (Operational Excellence) and is working to achieve greater efficiency and higher added value.
We are an organization with a very positive attitude and high motivation to learn, and we provide an environment where our members can learn and be stimulated by each other's expertise.
