Role Title:Manager — Digital-led Transformation & Capital Project Management (Metals & Mining)

Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end digital transformation and PMOfor large capital projects in metals & mining—covering planning, execution, governance, and benefits realization. You will drive adoption of digital/AI solutions(e.g., 5D BIM, advanced scheduling & risk analytics, drone/LiDAR-based progress tracking, IoT geo-fencingfor materials, digital twins, and GenAIassistants for controls and reporting) to deliver measurable improvements in time, cost, quality, and safety

Role Title:Associate / Senior Associate — Digital-led Transformation & Capital Project Management (Metals & Mining)

Role Purpose

Support PMO and digital transformation for capital projects in metals & mining You will build schedules, dashboards, reports, and digital toolchains (e.g., 5D BIM, drone/LiDAR progress, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAIreport assistants) to improve visibility, predictability, and controlacross scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

A. PMO Execution

• Maintain work plansand lookahead schedules; update progress, logic ties, and milestones in Primavera/MS Project

• Run EVMcalculations (CPI/SPI), cost/schedule varianceanalysis;prepare management reports.

• Support risk registers, mitigation tracking, and safety audit follow-ups;assistin compliance documentation.

B. Procurement & Vendor Performance

• Track material delivery performance;maintainvendor scorecards andexpeditinglogs.

• Support bid evaluations, contract change requests, and documentation.

C. Digital/AI Enablement

• Build Power BI/Tableaudashboards (time, cost, risk, quality, safety, regulatory).

• Assist BIMcoordinators with 5D BIMlinkages (quantities, cost/schedule) and model reviews.

• Operate drone/LiDARprogress workflows (with supervision),assistin computer vision checks for site safety.

• Run IoT + geo-fencingmaterial tracking dashboards; flag exceptions (route deviation, dwell breaches).

• Use GenAIassistants for executive summaries, daily status notes, risk logs, and stakeholder communications (governed by data policies).

D. Documentation & Stakeholder Support

• Maintain PMO registers (change, interface, issues, decisions); compile weekly/monthly packs.

• Coordinate meetings, actions, and follow-ups with EPCs/vendors/regulators; support site visits & audits.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 yearsrelevant experience in construction + metals/mining + PMOon capex projects.

• PMP®(preferred; willingness to obtain within 12 months).

• M.Tech(NICMAR)preferred; alternativelyBE/B.Tech(Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) + MBAwith relevant project experience.

• Hands-on with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDARand IoTtrackingadvantageous
