Position: In-Arena Host

Department: Game Presentation

Reports to: Manager, Game Presentation

Term: Part-time for 2026-27 season

POSITION SUMMARY:

The In-Arena Host is responsible for being the face and voice at Vancouver Warriors home games. The In-Arena host will host contests, promotions, live interviews and engage our fans in the live Vancouver Warrior experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Other duties may be assigned as required)

• Attend all Vancouver Warriors home games as In-Arena Host
• Responsible for the facilitation of our in-arena contests, promotions, features, intermissions and on occasion live interviews
• Preparation for game hosting duties to include participation in game presentation meetings as required, collaborating on scripting elements and attending special event rehearsals.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong on-camera skills and presence
• Strong emceeing/hosting skills and ability to present in front of a live audience
• Ability to hype up the crowd while maintaining a professional manner
• Understanding of lacrosse
• Ability to handle several live experiences with the appropriate style (eg. Humorous, entertaining, enthusiastic, compassionate, subtle, serious, etc.)
• Proven ability to collaborate and work well with the team
