JD for Improvement Engineer

• Action following the policy and assignation of Maintenance Manager.
• Enhance performance of machine and optimization the cost of maintenance
• Provide technical consulting and training to cooperate departments
• Conduct the special project for improvement
• Analyze and evaluate all subordinates and contractors.
• Integrate predictive maintenance techniques to anticipate and address potential failures before they occur.
• Develop and implement new maintenance procedure
• Ensure obsolete equipment up to date.
• Collaborate with other team/department/group to ensure reliability /STD s integrated into all aspect.
• Ensure spare part available with inventory control
• Motivate employee /supervisor for quality of work.
• Analyze the problem in production line.
• Analyze timely of machine breakdown / repairs for all plant.
• provide and implement activities to improve PCI
• Coordinate with other department / contractor to ensure optimum working in plant.
• Provide supervisor / subordinates to technical course training.
• Plan and prepare tools and equipment to support subordinates.
• Have to know & understand the company procedure and policies and also to cooperate with company in audit activities such as ISO9001,ISO13485,ISO14001,ISO45001 etc. moreover to attend the compulsory training course i.e. Orientation Program, Safety Officer Training etc.

Must have

• Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering ,or related field. Min 3 /5 years experience in a high volume manufacturing facility. Experience in planning, scheduling and coordinating production/ manufacturing processes, at a supervisory level. Experience in Problem solving and decision making method, SPC, and experimental design, Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
