Imports Clerk International Supply Chain

• Location: Milnerton, Cape Town
• Salary: R20 000 R25 000 per month

You will play a critical part in keeping raw materials and finished products moving seamlessly from global suppliers to the warehouse floor.

What you will do:

• Coordinate imports from order placement to warehouse delivery
• Manage shipment tracking, ETAs, and shipping documents (BOLs, COOs, commercial invoices)
• Liaise with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and suppliers across regions
• Track payments, resolve supplier queries, and report on shipment status
• Participate in weekly meetings to ensure operational and financial alignment

What were looking for:

• 2 to 5 years experience in logistics or import coordination (international shipping is essential)
• Matric and a tertiary qualification in supply chain or logistics (preferred)
• Strong Excel and logistics system experience (pivot tables, formulas, Odoo or similar)
• Attention to detail, clear communicator, and confident decision-maker
• Able to manage pressure, juggle multiple deadlines, and work independently
